SDI Workshops

The Levels

Level One Certification

This two-day Certification program, led by an SDI Master Practitioner, gets you started as a certified SDI Facilitator. It prepares you to administer and debrief SDI, and enables you to purchase from the Personal Strengths catalogue of materials. At the Level 1 Certification course you gain the core concepts of Relationship Awareness and practice effective techniques for facilitating SDI with others. You will discover how SDI and Relationship Awareness Theory connect and enhance results in your own area of application. This course will challenge you both personally and professionally. It will equip you with the resources and give you the confidence to start working with SDI the very next day.

Practical Application

The best way to reinforce new ideas is to start using them right away. Before moving to the next level of SDI Mastery, we encourage you to apply what you’ve learnt by facilitating SDI with a range of groups or using it in a coaching environment. With some real-world experience under your belt you will get much more out the advanced application of Relationship Awareness tools offered in SDI Level Two Certification, and we certainly don't expect you to do it alone!

Level Two Certification

This program is open to Level 1 Facilitators who have demonstrated experience using SDI.

This two-day Certification program is designed for those who want to move to the next level of SDI and Relationship Awareness mastery. This advanced course explores the SDI's application in conflict management, performance coaching and relationship-based 360-Degree feedback. It also includes a module on statistical development of SDI and comparative models and assessments.

You will also experience and become certified to use SDI Feedback Edition and SDI Expectations Edition. These supplemental inventories truly complete the building blocks of relationship understanding.
