To help ensure the complete, accurate and ethical use of Strength Deployment Inventory and other Relationship Awareness tools, Personal Strengths Aust/NZ requires that facilitators be certified. Certification courses are offered regularly across Australia and New Zealand. Certain products are restricted for purchase based on level of certification.

 What is your workshop cancellation policy?

Cancellations must be received in writing or by e-mail 10 business days prior to the start of the workshop and are subject to a 25% charge of the course fee for administration and credit card charges.

Cancellations after the 10-day cut-off and no-shows will not be refunded, but registration may be transferred to an alternative course date.

 What is your workshop reschedule policy?

You may reschedule to a future workshop or send someone to take your place but you must notify Personal Strengths in writing or e-mail 10 business days prior to the start of the workshop.

If you reschedule after the 10-day cut-off, you will be subject to a 25% charge of the course fee for each instance.

 What is your return policy?

If you are not satisfied for any reason, please contact us immediately. Products must be returned to us in resalable condition within 30 days for a full credit or refund, net of applicable shipping and credit card charges.. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days.

 What is your delivery policy?

Shipments are made FOB Hobart, Tasmania . If a shipping method is not specified, we will ship your order via air express. Most orders are shipped the same day they are received. Special shipping or delivery requests must be notified at the time the order is placed. Materials may not be shipped to a post office box; please provide a street address.

 What are your payment terms?

Invoice terms are net 7 days. Invoices will be issued on the day materials are shipped. For credit card orders, the card will be charged on the day the materials are shipped. A 1% per month finance charge will be applied to all past due invoices, minimum monthly finance charge is $5.00. Personal Strengths reserves the right to withhold new shipments when an account is past-due.

 How are international orders handled?

First time orders from outside Australia must be pre-paid. We will select the most appropriate shipping method based on the date delivery required, add shipping charges accordingly and notify you prior to shipping. Customs and other fees may be assessed by government or other agencies. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

 Where do I find out about your prices?

The RRP of our products is as per our catalog. Pricing information is available to anyone who enquires via e-mail or telephone. In regards to on-selling, while we set a RRP, it is SDI selling price to your client is at your discretion.
