Placing an order

Placing an order can be done by:

Please include the following information with your order:

• The item number and a description of the product you require
• The quantity required
• The delivery address*
• Your contact details
• A purchase order number, for your own reference
• Any special delivery requests.

Delivery times & Information

We've put together a handy flyer to help you avoid the stress of ordering, ensuring your orders gets where you want it, when you want it.

Our standard delivery method is via Star Track Express, which arrives next business day to your delivery address (*please note Star Track do not deliver to PO Boxes).  This is our preferred method of shipping, as it is easier to track goods, plus safer and easier for you! However, if you would like to use another method, please let us know.

If delivery time is affected by items not being in stock, Personal Strengths will contact you.

Payment

For orders over $300.00, our payment terms remain strictly 7 days unless prior arrangements have been made.

For orders of $300.00 or less, payment must be made at the time the order is placed and the credit card surcharge will be waived.

Payment can be made via:

• EFT
• Credit card
• Cheque.

We invoice all goods in Australian dollars and payment must be made in Australian dollars.  For international orders, the amount received should be net any bank charges.

Credit card fees

Visa and MasterCard payments attract a 2% surcharge unless payment is made at the time of placing your order.

All American Express payments will attract a 3% surcharge.

Terms and conditions

Payment Terms:

Orders under $300.00 - payment is required prior to shipping

Orders over $300.00 – strictly 7 day payment is required

PLEASE NOTE: Unless prior arrangements are made a daily interest charge of 1% will apply to the balance of the outstanding invoice amount.

International clients

For first time international orders of any value we require payment in full before despatch of goods.

PLEASE NOTE: Customs fees and charges may be applicable to your order and will need to be paid to the relevant authority in your country, prior to the release of your goods.
