Now it's even easier to find out about SDI!

We've just updated two major sections of the website. The idea is to create two clearly separate destinations for those interested in SDI: one containing information on the SDI itself, and the other on it's applications.

About SDI

This section replaces the old "The SDI Approach", and contains the theory of SDI. If you, or someone you're referring/working with, wants to know where Strength Deployment Inventory comes from, what the foundations of Relationship Awareness theory are all about, the core SDI Assessments that are used or the process and options for getting SDI Certified then this is the place to go.

Using SDI

In here you'll find a list of the most common applications for the SDI self assessment tool laid out in an easy to read format, highlighting the various situations SDI can be applied to, problems that SDI can fix and benefits that SDI can deliver.

There is also an easy way to input contact details so that we can get in touch with information relevant to your interests (conflict, teams, etc).
