  • All our workshops use the concepts of Relationship Awareness as well as the SDI as the foundation to develop effective relating skills.  Our specialist interpersonal facilitators offer a range of relationship skills courses including: "Building Team Relationships", "Working Relationships that Work", "Dealing with Angry and Difficult People", "Conflict Management for Managers" and "Using Relationship Intelligence".  All courses combine written exercises, problem solving, group discussions and individual activities.  Participants progress logically from setting personal learning goals to exploring Relationship Awareness theory and concepts and applying them to their personal experiences and situations - both at work and in life.  This learning addresses attitudinal change as a critical factor for long-term behavioural change.
